Leadership Changes

In July 2023, Arrow Monaco underwent a significant leadership transition when founder Paul Archer transferred ownership to CEO Yerin Hobson. Hobson, who joined the company in 2007, has held various roles, including yacht manager and technical director, before becoming CEO.
