As IOR’s Director of Global Client Solutions, Diana is responsible for developing and maintaining partner relationships and identifying effective and cost-competitive Destination Services, Language, and Intercultural training solutions for her global client base. Diana also oversees IOR’s Sales and Marketing department and ensures her team’s objectives best align with industry trends and continuously meet the evolving needs of IOR’s customers. Diana’s professional background is enhanced with a B.S. Ed degree in Health Education from Northern Illinois University. Prior to cultivating business opportunities for IOR, Diana began her career in mobility as an expatriate in Taiwan and Antigua for three years. Rita manages the IOR language department as well as IOR’s individual, group, and corporate language training courses for international assignees, families, and children. Rita joined IOR from Illinois State University (ISU) where she graduated with a Master of Arts in Spanish Linguistics and Pedagogy. She also has a certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and taught English at ISU to various programs from Mexico and Panama. Rita has lived in Spain and Ecuador, both as a student and volunteer. She is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Italian.

  • Christina Miller, GMS: Senior Manager, Global Client Solutions


As IOR’s Sr. Manager of Global Client Solutions, Christina is responsible for developing and maintaining partner relationships and identifying effective, cost-competitive, and tailored Destination Services, Language, and Intercultural Training solutions for her global client base. Christina’s professional background is enhanced with a B.A. in Spanish Language & Literature from Miami University. Prior to pursuing client partnerships and business opportunities for IOR, Christina worked in VIP property management in Colorado, served as a Teach for America educator, and corporate event planner in Texas. Christina is originally from Puerto Rico and lived in Spain. She is a fluent Spanish speaker and has firsthand experience with the challenges and joys of bridging cultures in both personal and professional settings.

  • Cheryl Hart, CRP, GMS: Director, Destination Services Resourcing


Cheryl oversees all aspects of IOR’s Destination Services program delivery and quality assurance procedures. She manages IOR’s resourcing and global Destination Services Consultant network, working with the Client Services team to maintain program quality and supporting the sales staff in their efforts to grow the Destination Services business. Prior to joining IOR, Cheryl had 12 years’ experience in employee staffing and recruitment. She also worked for Cultural Care Au Pair as a Local Childcare Coordinator. Cheryl holds a BS in Merchandising from Florida State University in Tallahassee.

Anna Dabrowska, one of IOR’s Operations Managers, is responsible for managing a team of program managers, in addition to being a lead program manager on several key accounts at IOR. Anna previously worked with Cartus, where she worked as an International Assignment Consultant. Anna’s experience includes being a teacher at the Tulip Dutch Language School in Chicago, IL, where she taught Dutch expat children their language and culture. Additionally, Anna was a Dutch language trainer working with professionals relocating to the Netherlands. Prior to that, Anna worked as an interpreter, office manager and travel agent. Her international experience is extensive, having worked and lived in the United States, the Netherlands and Poland. Originally from Poland, Anna holds a master’s degree in Dutch Philology from the University of Wroclaw, Poland. Anna is multilingual, speaking English, Polish, Dutch, and Russian. She is very active in the Dutch Expat Community in Chicago. She loves to travel and is always planning next trip with her family.

Irena Lovrinovic, one of IOR’s Operations Managers, is responsible for managing a team of program managers, in addition to being a lead program manager on several key accounts at IOR. Irena has 10 years of industry experience, having worked in variety of roles including Household Goods, Program Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and most recently as an Operations Manager. Irena has a BS Degree in Business Management and is also GMS and MIM certified. Irena moved to US from Bosnia and Herzegovina and has lived in Chicago area since 1996. In addition to having lived on two continents, Irena traveled throughout Europe and North and Central America. Irena has a true passion for helping others, learning about new cultures, and connecting with people. She has three kids, enjoys traveling, camping, gardening, and being outdoors.
