Since then, Jason has focused his efforts on custom home building and enjoys being personally involved with his customers throughout the building process.

Lisa LaFollette – Office Manager

Lisa has worked with LaFollette Custom Homes since day one. She is a graduate of A&M Consolidated High School and Texas A&M ’92. Lisa taught at College Hills Elementary for five years and has spent the last 25 years raising and educating their children. Lisa has always been a behind-the-scenes part of the business. Recently, she has been able to be more involved with the team and spend time at the office weekly.

Caleb LaFollette – Superintendent

Caleb knew he wanted to be a builder by the time he was just 2 years old. As the firstborn son of Jason and Lisa LaFollette, Caleb quickly became Jason’s “builder assistant” by the time he was just a toddler, tagging along on projects while learning the ropes of the industry. Throughout his high school tenure, Caleb quickly moved up the ranks, managing various crews while performing punch out work. Caleb attended Blinn College, where he simultaneously managed a framing crew. He found his calling as a Construction Superintendent for LaFollette Custom Homes in 2015.
