• Tamin Erario: Director of Clinic Operations. With over 20 years of management experience, Tamin joined SNN in 2017 as Business Manager and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2019.

• Monica Rodriguez: Director of Finance. Monica brings over eight years of accounting experience and a BS in Forensic Accounting to SNN, managing all finances, processing grants, and creating reports and metrics to track the organization's success.

• Alicia Hargrove: Director of Fund Development. Alicia oversees fundraising efforts to support SNN's mission.

• Sir Louis: Chief Executive Cat. Louis began his work at SNN in 2014 as community cat manager and parking lot supervisor. He has worked his way up and inside the organization over the years, enjoying a leadership position where he monitors and approves all day-to-day activities, tracks treat inventory, and approves all box shipments.
