The Possible Zone (TPZ) is a nonprofit organization based in Boston, Massachusetts, dedicated to advancing economic equity by equipping young people with the entrepreneurial spirit, skills, and networks necessary to launch successful careers. Since its inception in 2011, TPZ has served over 1,200 students, focusing on fostering innovation and self-development among high school students from diverse backgrounds.

Pipeline Development
TPZ's program development is structured around a multi-year measurement and evaluation plan, currently in the Formative Research phase. This phase focuses on rapid testing and iterative improvement of the program model and implementation. The Summative Evaluation phase, set to begin in late 2026, will involve independent research to validate the program's impact. The goal is to serve up to 1,000 Boston high school students annually by 2026, equipping them with entrepreneurial skills and STEAM competencies.

TPZ operates a 36,000-square-foot Innovation Center in Boston's Jackson Square neighborhood, equipped with professional-level tools and technologies, including:
- 3D Print Farm: Utilizing Dremel 3D printers for prototyping.
- Laser Cutter: Glowforge laser cutter for precision fabrication.
- Woodshop and Print Shop: Facilities for hands-on learning in woodworking and printing.
