Since July 2020, she has been at the helm of Scape as Chief Executive Officer, following her instrumental consulting role which facilitated the $2.2 billion acquisition of Urbanest and its rebranding to Scape. Her leadership is particularly focused on enhancing the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector in Australia. As part of this effort, she serves as the Inaugural Chair of the Student Accommodation Council, a subdivision of the Property Council of Australia. Additionally, she is a non-executive director on the boards of the ASX-listed Enero Group and South Australia-based Discovery Holiday Parks.
