Professional Role and Responsibilities
Tobias Niendorf holds the position of Global Head, Partner Solution Success – HCM at SAP SE, based in Singapore since July 2021. In this senior leadership role, he manages a global team of SAP SuccessFactors Partner Solution Adoption Managers. Prior to assuming his current role, Tobias held various progressive positions within SAP:
- Partner Enablement Manager – SAP SuccessFactors + Employee Experience, Berlin (Nov 2017 – Jun 2021): In this regional role covering Middle and Eastern Europe, he supported partners in sales enablement for SuccessFactors and Qualtrics solutions, led Sales Bootcamps, and spearheaded the SAP Qualified Packages initiative to optimize project delivery and profitability for partners.
- Presales Specialist – SAP SuccessFactors, Berlin (Jan 2016 – Oct 2017): As a dedicated specialist, Tobias was the single point of contact for SME customers and prospects in the DACH region, actively managing over 300 customer interactions including live demos, opportunity qualification, pricing, and response to Request for Proposals. His efforts included digital selling innovations and extensive knowledge transfer to internal account executives.
- Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors / ERP HCM / Business Intelligence, Walldorf (Jan 2012 – Dec 2015): Delivering 15 implementation projects on time and budget with international experience across 10+ countries, including multiple DAX-listed enterprises. Exceeded expectations in billable consulting days with over 190 days annually.
