ATS was founded by Delores Kesler in 1977. Originally a temporary medical staffing agency ATS has become the standard-bearer for the staffing industry, and has grown into a world class staffing, recruiting, and consulting firm. In 1992, Ms. Kesler founded AccuStaff and took the company public, becoming one of the first women in America to do so. Traded on the New York Stock Exchange, Ms. Kesler grew the parent company into a $2 billion organization. For her outstanding leadership, Delores Kesler has been nationally recognized, receiving the heralded Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year and the prestigious Horatio Alger Award for distinguished Americans. Today, Ms. Kesler's vision continues through the leadership of her daughter, Deborah Pass. ATS, through its divisions, has continued to grow with offices in states throughout the United States.
