Founded in 1994, San Francisco based Pasta Pomodoro is a collection of modern Italian restaurants with a warm, welcoming dining environment. Seventeen years later, Pasta Pomodoro's mission remains the same with a renewed emphasis on its initial roots --- great, modern Italian food at a reasonable price. One new area of "passionate focus" is trying to use local, natural and organic ingredients as often as possible.
