Ralf is a dedicated professional with over 28 years of experience in telecommunications and more than 14 years of experience in a people management role.
Working for global system suppliers and network operators in various countries, he developed strong intercultural communication and relationship skills, functional & technical know-how and essential business skills.
In his various roles for OEM’s & global network operators he gained expertise as Network Design Engineer (Motorola, Telefonica), RF Planning & Network Optimization Manager (t-mobile Austria), Head of Radio Network Planning & Technology Manager (Hutchison 3G Austria) and Chief Technical Officer for Shyam Telecom GmbH in Germany.
During his career, Ralf continuously participated at conferences and tradeshows as a delegate and speaker.
Ralf joined EMEA Sales Engineering at iBwave Solutions in year 2015, responsible for Central & Eastern Europe, UK and Nordics.
Ralf is an iBwave certified instructor for the iBwave In-Class certification program and received the Sales Engineer Excellence Award in 2021 & 2022
