VPAC
VPAC, a leading, independent eResearch and Advanced Computing R&D service provider, is a not for profit Registered Research Agency established in 2000 by a consortium of Victorian Universities and now Australia's Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).
VPAC provides expertise, training and support in eResearch, Advanced Computing, and professional R&D including the application of Advanced Computing for academia, industry, and government.
Our aim is to help Australians utilise eResearch tools and Advanced Computing to create innovations that will place Australia at the forefront of global scientific achievement.
VPAC operates a state of the art High Performance Computing facility with Software, Advanced Visualisation and Collaboration tools, and Grid Resources to support the research community, and has expertise across a broad range of sciences and related technologies.
