How lucky are we to make a living in the game industry? We hear this daily from our clients and candidates, and it's how we feel about our jobs too. Our parent company, The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies, has been in the people business for more than 35 years. Over the past few years, Eastridge began working with game companies to help meet their people needs. After placing some non-game positions, they asked for our help to fill some more technical roles. At the same time, a new group of candidates was emerging in our talent pool--and they had specific technical skills and a passion for gaming. Problem and solution... right?
