I am the Managing Partner of Rubicon Founders, an investment firm that supports innovative and impactful companies in healthcare. Previously, I was the CEO of the United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), where I led the agency's efforts to mobilize private capital for development and advance US foreign policy and national security objectives. I have also served as a Senior Advisor for Value-Based Transformation and Innovation at the Health and Human Services Agency as well as Director of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) where I helped shape and implement strategic initiatives to improve health outcomes for Americans and reduce costs for the United States.
