Adam is a passionate, creative, eclectic and results-oriented entrepreneur with deep experience in building successful companies, products and teams. Adam is a General Partner with Emerald Ocean Ventures, a family fund. Adam co-founded Ethos.io with his son Shingo, a self-custody platform to help protect crypto enthusiasts. Adam is a co-founder of Particle, a company dedicated to enabling anybody to collect, experience and enjoy fine art through NFTs. Adam is an investor in venture funds and involved with various angel groups. Adam advises TurnUp, an organization dedicated to engaging young voters, and Foregen a company researching cutting-edge regenerative medicine. Adam is the co-founder of Elite Music Online, an online music school that teaches music theory and appreciation and helps students prepare for music exams. Adam is involved in legal initiatives focused on making the U.S. medical system more accountable and transparent to its citizens. Carrier partners included NTT Docomo, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint and brand partners including Chiquita, Sanrio, Marvel and Universal Music powering over $1B in content and data revenue. Adam was co-founder and CEO of Specular International, a 3D graphics and animation software company with customers including Disney and Industrial Light and Magic. Specular's flagship Infini-D software inspired passionate customer fans such as filmmaker JJ Abrams, and musicians Ace Freeley and Herbie Hancock. Specular was sold to a publicly traded company, MetaTools, where Adam worked on streaming 3D technologies before leaving to found FunMobility. Adam graduated from Umass Amherst with degrees in English and Educational Computer Animation. Adam worked his way through college as an internationally touring juggler and magician, and was the President of the UMass Juggling Society. Adam was an Animation Instructor at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, producing and directing animations for the National Science Foundation. He designed the curriculum ECE660 and ECE661 which is still taught to this day
