Summary
As the Gerente General of Disaster Risk Reduction Peru International SAC (DRPERU), I oversee the execution and management of projects that evaluate and mitigate the risk of natural disasters, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and El Niño phenomenon, in Latin America. I have more than 12 years of experience in this field, working with various clients and stakeholders, such as World Bank, UNDP/PNUD, PAHO/OPS, INDECI, ECHO, national and local governments. My core competencies include marketing and sales for infrastructure projects, construction and engineering of water plants, thermal power plants, jetties, and buildings, project and quality control, earthquake engineering, and disaster prevention. I also leverage information and communication technology to deliver virtual conferences and training on these topics. My mission is to contribute to the resilience and sustainability of the communities and regions that are vulnerable to natural hazards, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
