Summary
I’m Managing Partner and founder of The 2S Group (the2sgroup.com), a venture environmentalist company with a 500 year business outlook. We co-invest in ethically profitable businesses that enable the natural environment to thrive forever. One area of expertise is managing certified organic and regenerative food supply chains, from farm to processing to consumer. This we successfully showcase through our brand durhamfarms.co.nz We manage a number of entities within New Zealand and operate them within the planetary boundaries and doughnut economics constructs. This enables our group to produce amazingly tasty food the “natural way” with traceability, trust and animal welfare at the forefront. We are proving that you can profitably farm with a smaller agricultural footprint whilst setting aside 30% of the land as protected, natural habitat for New Zealand’s amazing wildlife. To enable our regenerative food supply approach to grow, we offer sophisticated investors passive returns over a fixed term with funding secured on New Zealand land. I’m also an experienced property investor, primarily in London, but with acquisitions in the greater UK market and overseas. I specialise in sourcing and acquiring land, and commercial and residential properties for both development and longer term investment. I have created and manage a property portfolio in Central London, UK. With an honours degree in systems and process engineering design, I have worked in Engineering & Construction, held senior positions within the Investment Banking arena and acted at board level for a number of businesses from start-up to new ownership. I’m always looking for opportunities that align with my interests and extend our portfolio.
