I'm an experienced Conversational UX thought leader, having long specialized in voice applications, and now actively expanding the idea of "conversational" to include all kinds of Human-Computer Interaction, from speech to chat to bots, text, and interfaces we haven't even dreamt of, yet. With experience both as both a voice designer and as a voice actor, and with education and training in Education, Learning Psychology, and Human-Computer Interaction, I can bring a uniquely balanced perspective to the creation of effective and well-liked conversational interfaces, as well as helping your team leverage conversational AI across multiple interfaces.
