I'm a transformative executive technology leader with 18 years of experience leading software engineering and business efforts that support corporate growth strategies and initiatives. Most recently I served as the founding CTO of Afterpay US where I led the technology and product teams until the acquisition of the company by Block (formerly Square) in 2022. Prior to that, as a Director of Engineering at Uber, I led all of the technology products that the 3.5+ million Drivers use every day. This includes onboarding, compliance, driving experience and vehicle access via rentals and fleets. As Senior Director of Engineering for Twitter's Growth team, I've led teams that have delivered tens of millions of active users to Twitter. I also co-founded and developed a social networking site that emerged as one of the largest social networking sites in the world prior to its sale in 2011.
