I am a highly qualified veteran of the gaming industry with 30+ years of development and management of iGaming (Daily Fantasy Sports, casino, poker) and Social/mobile gaming. Acting in a wide range of roles from startup founder (domestic and international) to CEO, COO, VP of Development of over 250, as well as game programming. As an effective and accountable executive, I overcome complex challenges of businesses by drawing upon a strong work ethic, impeccable integrity, trustworthiness, critical thinking skills, leadership and relationship building. A proficient team builder and leader, I possess a vast knowledge in building and operating companies and teams. I work to ensure that my team is inspired and empowered to succeed, placing an emphasis on recruiting top talent giving the company the best chance for success. As a product visionary I have created innovative and award winning products, and developed a keen understanding of the psychology of the gaming consumer: what frustrates them, motivates them, and most importantly what keeps them engaged. My passion drives me to stay current & knowledgeable in trends in order to quickly pivot companies and products to success. As co-founder/co-CEO of HollywoodPoker, started with an idea (play poker with celebrities) and spearheaded the launch in 2004 and quickly grew the business into a top 5 online poker company. In 2008 I directed the launch of ClubHollywood online casino. As co-founder and CEO of social games publisher Plaor in 2012, launched free to play version of HollywoodPoker on mobile/Facebook, and was COO in 2014 for Game Sports Network's HotRoster daily fantasy sports app. I have been a part of the senior management team (VP Development and CEO) in 2 exits (Interplay Productions and Plaor). I currently advise iGaming companies and consult on mobile social games, and am passionate about empowering young adults through my MPowers.life initiative.
