Passionate about promoting sustainability through building young and innovative companies. I have over 25 years of experience in venture capital and management in the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Over the course of my career I have invested in 22 companies focusing on sustainability and clean energy, and have divested from many of these in the form of a trade sale or through a public listing (AIM and NASDAQ). I hold a PhD degree in Physics from Leyden University and followed executive education programs at the Amsterdam Institute of Finance and IMD Lausanne.
