Crucial member of leadership team responsible for transforming UK Unified Communications business from an owner managed start up to performing at the highest level within the Group, with revenue growth from £5m to £40m in 7 years. Natural progression to newly created Commercial Operations role in 2019 to drive profitability and accountability of new and existing business. Built new team and introduced commercial discipline (financial modelling) to new business acquisition with strong relationships across all sectors (Commercial, Channel and Public Sector). Extensive contract negotiation with both internal and external parties. Previously joined TMD Friction in 2005, a PE backed (Pamplona), tier 2 global manufacturer of automotive friction products in 2005, to set up group internal audit function. Moved to line finance function after 3 years to Divisional Finance Director - financial controlling, budgeting and reporting for four sites. Latterly provided finance support for rail & industry business unit during its inception.
