Verdera enables smarter investments in energy projects. We are objective, third-party advisors to commercial property portfolio owners and investors looking to make intelligent, low-risk investments in energy projects within their buildings. For each unique asset (or portfolio) we compose an investment grade energy plan based on the optimal combination of energy efficiency, solar, energy storage and demand response. As consultants and engineers, we deliver deep energy retrofits which reduce expenses, increase comfort and productivity and boost property values. Verdera was formed by industry veterans who all previously worked together for years. Our in-house consulting talent spans energy engineering, energy and real estate finance and investment, procurement, construction operations, and post-construction services including Measurement and Verification, and construction defect investigation and litigation support services. Energy is the largest controllable expense for income-property owners. As a category, energy is starting to receive the attention that its financial value merits. At the same time, there is a vast ocean of vendors selling individual solutions that usually do more harm than good. Verdera exists to optimize the whole picture, not just individual parts, and thus help our clients obtain the most possible Net Operating Income at the highest possible return based on their investment goals.
