Summary
Adam Lipson is the founder and CEO of Network + Security Technologies where he is responsible for development and execution of their growth strategy. Network + Security Technologies, founded in 2003, provides a modular set of consulting services that assists clients to identify, evaluate and mitigate information security risk. Earlier as Vigilinx's EVP for Client Services he assisted Fortune clients identify and evaluate their security risks while improving their overall security posture. By providing practical solutions to complex problems, Mr. Lipson was responsible for the growth of their Professional Services business revenue 50% quarter over quarter. Prior to Vigilinx, Mr. Lipson was the Vice President and General Manager of Verizon’s Professional Services organization (formerly GTE - BBN). At Verizon, he built a high growth, world class consulting organization from the ground up that was involved in assisting many large worldwide enterprise customers developing new security and network strategies, architecting and designing secure e-commerce infrastructures and ultimately implementation of the strategic recommendations. Prior to working at Verizon, Mr. Lipson was at both Equant Network Integration where he was Vice President of Professional Services for North America and at Compaq Computer Corporation (formerly Digital Equipment Corporation), where he directed all network consulting activities for the Mid-Atlantic states and their worldwide United States Government network consulting practice. At Compaq, Mr. Lipson built their most profitable consulting business globally. Before joining Compaq Computer Corporation, Mr. Lipson held various positions within AT&T in the United States. Mr. Lipson's previous appointments include CEO of the Campus Computer Corporation as well as performing network consulting for a variety of Fortune 500 companies.
