Amanda Pullinger is Founder and Principal of Global Female Investors Management LLC, a global advisory firm focused on providing strategic and practical talent, career and business solutions aimed at increasing the number of female investors across asset classes. The Global Female Investors Network serves female risk takers across asset classes, enabling global connectivity to peers, and access to career and business opportunities. Global Female Investors Management LLC also offers Trusted Talent consulting to financial institutions who are seeking to source and elevate internal and external female investment team talent. Amanda is also Principal and CEO of Pullinger Management, LLC, an organization offering a number of services including Board engagements and Interim CEO service. Amanda Pullinger was previously the Chief Executive Officer of 100 Women in Finance. Over twenty years, she was responsible for taking the organization from one hundred women in the hedge fund industry to a globally respected professional association in 2023 of over 30,000 registered members, operating in 32 locations across five continents. She is a former principal of Aquamarine Capital Management, where she was responsible, in the early 2000's, for managing marketing, investor relations and back office administration for two private investment funds. Amanda Pullinger is Chair and Non Executive Director of FlyPlymouth Ltd. She is Treasurer (and Past President) of the Brasenose Alumni Society, serves on the Chartered Management Institute's CMI Women Advisory Committee and is an Ambassador at the Diversity Project UK. Over ten years, Ms. Pullinger served as Chairman of The HALO Trust and subsequently as Audit & Risk Committee Chair on the HALO USA Board. She also served on the Board of Langone NYU Cancer Institute and on the Oxford University Alumni Board for 6 years. She was on the founding Board of 100 Women in Finance, serving as its Chair. She is a member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and a 2024 BAFTA Gala Ambassador, as well being a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Ms. Pullinger graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University in 1987 with an Honours Degree in Modern History. She earned an MBA from La Salle University, Philadelphia, in 1998, and received the Academic Award for MBA student of the year as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma designation.
