In my current position, I lead and manage the process of identifying and navigating opportunities in the emerging Chinese market place. With over twenty-five years of experience in real estate, agro-projects, and capital markets, I have played a key role in guiding Eran Investment and Agri-Business’s strategies. Through my experiences, I have developed extensive knowledge researching and creating development strategies, investment criteria, preferred investment structures and institutional investor requirements. Additionally, I have gained in-depth knowledge in alternative investments with a strong focus on real estate and agriculture, including ground-up development and multi-use projects. To cement my experience, I have been an active member and lead of Project Control Groups overseeing the development of large-scale development projects. As a multi-disciplined executive with expertise transforming business processes, technology, and culture, I was recruited by Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (LLREI) to lead the $60 million enterprise project delivering a 54% improvement in portfolio operations productivity. With expertise in building aggressive M&A strategies, I also directed $1 billion in capital for acquisitions & new fund launches at Lend Lease acquiring three companies totaling $875 million within 3 years and executed integration strategies that generated $34 million in synergy savings. My 14 years of experience as a partner with Deloitte & Touche culminated in being named Partner-in-Charge of the Southeast Real Estate Practice.
