I drive strategic communications for B2B audiences, coach market-based teams on driving engagement throughout the customer decision journey using a wide variety of online & offline channels, as well as deliver on both market and global campaign initiatives. I've worked in communications for 20+ years in a variety of industries (Beauty, Construction, Healthcare) and am passionate about creating cohesive, audience-based campaigns and value-add content to drive tangible results. Technology and digital marketing have always excited me, from learning creative/design skills at the start of my career to more recently diving into modern selling using channels like LinkedIn. Personally, I'm energized by helping people, so healthcare has been a great fit. It's incredibly rewarding to see how our product solutions can directly impact someone's life. From 2010-2020, I was with Philips in a variety of marketing communications and digital marketing roles on both the global and market sides. As such, I've had a number of amazing opportunities: Developing integrated campaigns for major global events like HIMSS and RSNA, launching iPads as a sales enablement tool, introducing the Philips healthcare global Twitter handle, etc. While at Philips, I was primarily a remote (work-from-home) employee, and have really enjoyed being able to collaborate digitally with my global colleagues and see a lot of value in providing this type of flexibility to empower employees.
