Summary
I am an Agile coach and teacher with 13 years of experience in the field. I work exclusively with individuals and small teams. As a coach, I help people use Agile’s iterative process to pursue goals under conditions of uncertainty and change. I leverage my (extensive) experience of unblocking engineers (every morning) to serve as a “personal Scrum Master” who identifies obstacles and helps people move past them. As a mentor I am devoted to Agile as an empirical, cyclical, and collaborative discipline. I specialize in focus on these essentials and my clients are either leveraging the advantages this provides in a non-technical field or already familiar with Agile and interested in deepening/refining their mastery of this technique. My approach is direct, practical, and action-oriented. As a teacher, I offer classes and tutoring in Agile topics such as use of a KanBan board, building a Lean Canvas, and general overview of Agile methodologies and practice. I am located in San Francisco. RECRUITERS: I am NOT a professional software engineer. Thank you.
