Andreas has versatile international managerial, consulting and coaching experience and is known for his strong interpersonal, negotiating and diplomatic skills and proven leadership ability. He is an enthusiastic, charismatic leader and gifted networker and has a significant entrepreneurial track record in identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities with lasting success. As a senior executive coach and strategic advisor for more than 20 years, he has worked closely with the top executives and boards of international organisations, with a special focus on family-owned companies. Based in Switzerland but operating as a citizen of the world, Andreas works in a wide range of industries on senior level. He has deep expertise in leadership and change in organisations facing critical situations. Andreas holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne and a Diploma in Clinical Organisational Psychology from INSEAD. He has done extensive work in psychoanalysis and is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytical Study of Organisations ISPSO.
