Summary
When not running towards fear, I feed my passion for performance, technology and culture at Ping Identity, where we strive to secure the Internet thru identity. I believe there is a science to everything, and my leadership philosophy is simple - I strive for 10/10, where great attitude meets great performance and where what is expected and respected are one in the same. I believe balance is an active state of performance and in the wisdom of patience and the power of persistence. I've discovered the truth is often the opposite of conventional wisdom. Sometimes slower is faster and sometimes to lead one must follow. With age I've become obsessed with improvement. My purpose isn't a casual pursuit, it's to build an extraordinary company, provide opportunity for growth and enable, protect and defend identity and our digital world. I strive to do so without compromising the integrity of the how.
