Summary
For over 40 years, I have represented emerging and established high tech companies in all aspects of their legal affairs, including corporate, M&A, financings, licensing, etc. I have also represented, and usually formed, more than 200 high tech standard-setting and promotional consortia, open source foundations and open science projects. Outside the office I've served on multiple boards of directors, spent more than a year in the back country of the southwest, and written cybersecurity thrillers (five so far, and one on the way).
