Summary
Over the last 20+ years, I have had the good fortune to work with a number of different entrepreneurs, business leaders and CEOs in multiple industries turning their ideas into profitable new B2B services and businesses. This work has included researching and tracking down prospects, customers and partners to understand their requirements and develop go-to-market plans. Building out new teams, systems and processes across many different functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Operations. And generally driving revenue growth and profitability. I am a strategic thinker and very analytical, so I bring some order and focus to a chaotic early stage environment. At the same time, I’m highly motivated to get things done and am at my best when wearing many hats - analyzing competitors and developing strategic plans in the morning, writing a Zap for the website over lunch, and then pitching to prospective customers in the afternoon. Over the past several years, I’ve been working at the intersection of real estate and technology, often referred to as Proptech. Having now worked with both a SaaS provider to build and bring a new solution to market and a real estate investment firm to evaluate, develop and implement new technologies, I’ve gained a unique perspective on both the immense opportunity and significant challenges that new technology brings to this market.
