Summary

In the past three years I have payed key role in two exits. In Immersal sale to Haxagon my role was to lead the company sales process from selecting the investment banker to being the channel between sellers and buyers to negotiating a win-win Share Purchase Agreement to post sale integration and growth. In NCS sale to Cinia my role was to lead the process as Chairman of the board of directors to ensure setup for success for both parties. My passion is growth and making it sustainable. This is achieved by combining unique strategy with smart people and hard work. Have run start-ups and been growing Business Units of Multinationals. I love selling and sales leadership, especially at executive level. In most of my positions direct sales has been part of the picture. Change is my middle name. most of my career has been driving change programs, sometimes turnarounds. Done that in small and simple organisations as well as in megascale matrix structures. Digitalisation has been big part of my job for the last years. As for theoretical toolbox have both technical (M.Sc) and business (eMBA) degrees. In business as in sports practise makes you luckier at the events. I have practiced business by living on three continents and having done business on five. Industries I'm most familiar are: IT-products and services, Process, Manufacturing, Logistics and Retail. Most of my business career I have had P&L responsibility and very seldom have missed the top or bottom line targets. My leadership style centers on getting the best of high performance, diverse teams by giving the talents autonomy over the job, possibility to develop to mastery and sharing a joint purpose. With knowledge, passion and creativity this leads to reaching the stretch goals.
