Summary
As a Chief Product Officer / VP of Product and data scientist, I conceive and build consumer franchises around artificial intelligence (LLMs/agents), statistical reasoning, and machine learning. It is my art form and my passion. This is done from a deeply technical and hands-on level with algorithmic design and modeling. Why? Because building a great product that uniquely fills an essential customer need requires attention to the tiniest details. You can never build the perfect product. What you can do is strive for perfection, achieve some small measure of it and, as a result, create excited, loyal customers willing to pay a premium for what you have provided to them. My product managers and their teams have created multiple product franchises with $100mm+ revenue streams in traditional software, SaaS-based platforms, and hardware-based products. We use design thinking, lean product development, agile methodologies combined with the latest AI-based tools to ensure quick development cycles. We also draw extensively on analytics to guide data-driven decisions about product design. This keeps our products tightly aligned with changing customer requirements. On-going market analysis/competitive analysis ensure we evolve product designs and business strategies that provide a defensible competitive advantage against all challengers. While these teams are very technical, having generated 13 patentable inventions in a decade, they are also business savvy. The methodologies we use ensure alignment between product, marketing, and sales. Part of our product design process evaluates the sales engagement model and the strengths/weaknesses of each sales channel in order to reduce friction to deals closing.
