Experience as Designer, Programmer, Project Director, Start-up Founder, Director of Development and Executive Producer. At Looking Glass, worked on two highly acclaimed games and quickly rose to lead programmer role on 2nd project. At Multitude, co-founded an Internet game company (funded to 60 million dollars). At Valve, orchestrated/managed the acquisition of the largest online action game, Counter-Strike. At NCsoft/Paragon Studios, worked and focused on company culture and processes to create a more efficient and empowered development process. Faculty member of 2-day tutorial workshop at Game Developer Conference. Teams of attendees participate in extensive hands-on exercises using a formal framework for analyzing games. Taught eleven of the sixteen years this tutorial has been held (2001-2016). Specialties: Managing cross-discipline development teams work in a collaborative manner to rapidly iterate products.
