Summary

I have worked extensively in all sectors, in leadership positions: for-profit, non-profit, and public. Over the years I have worked as an employee and consultant. I am currently accepting new consulting projects. At this stage of my career I am driven by two passions: 1. to do purposeful work, including supporting students (specifically, low-income, BIPOC, First Gen) in their aspirations to attend college, and 2. to find ways to support younger leaders of color who are likely to encounter challenges that diminish confidence. I’ve been through those experiences and want to save them the time it takes to rebuild confidence. They deserve it! My two biggest strengths are: • Organizational Development, especially in high growth situations: Articulating Role/Process clarity, Hiring to build the best team, Troubleshooting organizational conflict, Coaching for maximum team morale • Communications: Writing effective pieces (grant and foundation proposals, concept papers, teaching materials), Storyboarding effective Powerpoint presentations, Developing talking points/segueways, Developing effective ways to communicate the Big Picture I have a track record of results and also offer the following services: Interim Leadership, Project/Program Management, Turnaround Interventions, and Systems Project Management.
