Dr Barry Ip is a senior executive with a strong track record of over two decades in talent management across various global industries. He has held key leadership positions at prestigious organizations such as Microsoft, Jabil Circuit, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club, gaining extensive expertise in talent management, executive development, and organizational development and earning widespread acclaim. Dr. Ip is the Vice President of Learning and Advancement at Wynn Palace Hotel and Wynn Macau Hotel. He drives critical business objectives in this role, including talent management, executive development, corporate culture cultivation, and service quality maintenance. His unwavering commitment to excellence has resulted in numerous accolades and industry recognitions. Dr Ip is actively involved in the people development community outside of his corporate endeavours. He is a member of the People Development Committee of the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and a member of the Hotel, Catering, and Tourism Training Board of the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council (VTC). He has also previously served as Vice President at the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources (HKIHRM).
