Skills
Summary
I sit at the intersection of deep tech and boardroom governance, providing disruptive perspectives and cutting-edge expertise for an enlightened adoption of AI to institutions and corporations. What I bring: 3+ decades leading AI and software businesses on both sides of the Atlantic, from developer to CEO, from stealth start‑up to a 600‑employee public company. I have raised €11 M for my own ventures, and driven exits including Realeyes3D/Qipit (acq. Bandai). Turnaround playbook proven at Genymobile, Myriad and CarrierIQ, each time brought in by investors to fix declining performance. Board & committee edge: member of large fund investment committee, sat the past 7+ years in a CAC 40 innovation‑CXO forum, and member of OECD Network of Experts on AI (ONE.AI) and OECD working groups on AI. Pragmatic and shareholder‑aligned, I’m comfortable leading or a variety of board committees. Lecturing: I deliver executive‑education courses, masterclasses and keynote talks on the tech, diffusion, and impacts of AI at multiple universities and higher-education institutions. These sessions keep me plugged into C‑suite challenges across sectors and feed real‑world cases back into my board mandates. Ecosystem leadership: I co‑founded Hub France IA, steering strategy for more than 250 corporate, academic and start‑up members and liaising with government on AI policy. Mandates sought: Non‑Executive or Advisory Board seats across Europe, Canada or Maghreb. If your board needs an experienced AI‑literate practitioner who translates technology into investor value, and who respectfully challenges the status quo, let’s talk.
