Summary
I am a patent litigator for the law firm of Thomas Whitelaw & Tyler. Our medium-sized firm is able to give big-firm results in an efficient, cost-effective manner. We use technology and shared communication tools to keep clients informed, and to allow them to fully participate as a member of the litigation team. I am an experienced patent attorney with several years experience in large law firms and in senior corporate postions. I also practive law as a sole practitioner, and specilize in drafting new patent applications, licensing, and IP risk assessment. As a BSEE, my technical strenghts are in software, telecommunications, lasers, and electro-mechanical devices. As a sole practioner, I am able to perform high quality legal services at highly competitive rates.
