Throughout my 20+ year career in UX design and product leadership, I have had the privilege of collaborating on innovative projects with both startups and established companies. At the core of my career is an unwavering commitment to building "world-class" cross-discipline teams, defining company culture, and envisioning transformative products. My executive leadership experience at top Silicon Valley companies, including Google, Netflix, IDEO, Facebook, and PayPal, has provided me with extensive knowledge in a diverse range of products and services. As a thought leader in the field, I regularly share my insights and guidance with the broader community, especially with underrepresented leaders, to drive positive change and progress. In addition to my work in UX design and product leadership, I am also an advisor and seed investor for several startups. With a passion for creativity and diverse ways of thinking, I bring a fresh perspective to coaching and organizational design. I help companies break free from traditional methods and encourage teams to explore new territories while fostering a growth mindset.
