Summary
I am a multi-time founder and CEO who specializes in scaling and operating disruptive technology businesses. I have run multiple Internet-based companies since 1995 in the martech, media & entertainment, analytics, security, and recruiting & staffing sectors with experience in SaaS, AI, marketplace, B2B, and DTC models. My superpowers as a leader are scaling and leading high impact leadership teams and boards; inspiring people by striking the right balance between running a values- based, people- first culture and driving a results-based operating discipline; and creating sector transformation with both business model and technology innovation. I am a full-stack CEO who has led through a wide range of economic cycles, growth stages, types of financings, types of investors, and buy- as well as sell-side M&A. When I’m not working, you can find me coaching baseball, volunteering to pack meals with my wife and our three teenage kids, rucking, or playing very mediocre golf.
