Extensive experience in international finance and mergers and acquisitions, as well as the day-to-day legal and business aspects of running an entrepeurial technology company. Present or past member of the board of directors of a number of companies, representing a broad range of industries, e.g., biotechnology, medical devices, software, Internet and telecomm and geophysical services. Goal is to work closely with a small number of emerging technology companies at any one time, committing approximately 25% of my resources to each one. The ideal client will use me to manage all legal matters, finance and corporate development making me a member of the management group. Typically, I would take options or a small piece of the founders' equity. Specialties: Representation of emerging technology companies, typically those seeking venture capital. Frequently provide financial and management related consulting or part-time executive services to early stage companies until they need full-time finance or corporate development executives.
