Summary
Retired from Telco. Made a lifestyle choice and now teach Technical Rebreather Diving. I am an Instructor Trainer for TDI and a Technician /Technical Consultant in the Australian Defence Industry (Diving). I leverage experience in Telco in terms of Presentaion skills, Networking, assisting and coaching people from a wide cultural and language base. Previous experience in Telco extends from UK to Asia supporting sales via system engineering. Then moving to Product Management across all fixed Voice services in both Australia and the UAE. In Australia I gained significant experience in the reseller market place (Macquarie Corporate) as well as within a full service facilities based Telco (AAPT). I have wide knowledge and experience of standard and VAS voice services with a working knowledge of IP related services. My time in du developing a "start up" portfolio to launch and maintaining services during an incredible growth phase I believe enhances my experience in terms of understanding the needs of customers in Global, local and resale markets.
