Bob is a results-driven executive leader with a proven track record of stabilizing and scaling growth-stage services businesses. Progressive roles at Accenture formed Bob's career foundation, where he learned the power of teams, how to think creatively, and the importance of starting with the end in mind....and developed a passion for client-centricity, and “doing the right thing”. The dot-com boom lured Bob to a grocery delivery company which provided an invaluable lesson: outstanding talent and an innovative model aren’t enough; scaling a company requires patience to build execution muscle through iterative improvement. Bob went on to co-found, grow, and sell an eCommerce software and consulting company. These 9 years anchored his expertise in eCommerce marketing, merchandising, and supply chain…and reinforced the importance of building and nurturing high-performance teams. Bob then returned to the large-company environment for 5+ years, with eBay (ex- GSI Commerce / Radial) providing the platform to run a regional book of business at-scale, partnering with clients like Levi, Mattel, Michaels and Sports Authority to grow their eCommerce presence. Bob's most recent role has been running a $200m business in a new industry - commercial interiors design & construction - where he turned around and scaled a disruptive industry business model to profitability and 3x growth in just 3 years. It proved out his leadership approach: invest in the right talent, motivate passion around the vision, and facilitate collaboration in choosing the best paths forward….every day. When he come up for air, Bob experiments with new cocktails as a budding mixologist, hunts for his drive on the golf course, and conspires with his wife to remain relevant to their kids as they hurtle through their college years.
