Large scale cyber-analytics for federal and state agencies based largely on Spark/Java and Elastic Search. XML to Java compilers for XACML 2.0 and 3.0 Attribute based access controls (PEP, PDP, Identity Service, Policy Service) based on compiled XACML secured via signed SAML headers. Available on forge.mil under the name GOSAC-N. Applied compiled XACML to mobile device management based on dynamic device context (location, etc). Originated the Objective-C object-oriented programming language.
