Brian Levinthal

Summary

I have worked as a research assistant under several primary researchers in Cognitive Psychology, and am currently a research assistant at the University of Illinois, on an FAA grant dealing with Human Factors research on Air Traffic Control (ATC). My goal is to incorporate my interests in Visual Cognition in an applied field such as ATC, and to ultimately further my understanding of research methods in this field, leading hopefully to a career in research and development in industry. While my initial interests deal primarily with the design of visual interfaces, I expect that these interests will expand over time.
