Brian led the successful sale of Pacific Edge Software to Serena Software in 2006, and CrossLogix to BEA Systems in 2003. Brian holds an M.B.A. degree from Santa Clara University, with concentrations in both Finance and Managing Technology & Innovation, and a B.S. degree in Management, summa cum laude, from Menlo College.
