- I'm striving for excellence & positive impact - I am a doer who thrives in a situation where change is required, where a dynamic & entrepreneurial spirit can be set to rule. I love leadership & coaching - the investment in others because a whole bunch of people can achieve amazing things together! Doing business, negotiations ending up in customer value and win-win, situations where "larger than life" occurs rather than winning on someone elses cost. To have a situation where life's opportunities can be caught, a strive for a more sustainable and ethical world - that's where I want myself & other passionate people to be. As a leader I want to inspire people to take a step out of comfort zone, to learn out of that, to learn from mistakes and from success, and get greater day after day. The right mix of people in terms of profile, gender, thinking is key for a constantly developing organisation, but leadership - the right kind of leadership is the difference between good and great. Developing leadership is also vice versa - an open & secure leadership encourages to feedback to me so that I can develop myself - a win win situation. I also believe there are no "wrong questions" - if someone asks a peculiar question it is obvious that something is lacking, either information, direction, clarity or something that makes the person unsure of the answer - an opportunity to make things clearer obviously.
