After many years in the corporate environment I now concentrate my focus entirely within the VCSE using and transferring all my skills to work as a Trustee and operational volunteer with many different charities to help make a difference, specifically around strategy and process optimisation, fundraising but will turn my hand to most things as long as it will make a positive difference. Caroline has more than 35 years experience in Consulting, Sales and Marketing and Business Management in the I.T. sector. At IBM she was part of the World-wide Procurement transformation team that delivered in excess of $6bn savings, specifically leading the business transformation across Europe including the centralisation of the procurement and accounts payable processes. Whilst working for SAP she has worked in most sectors of the Manufacturing and Service industry and has been involved in working with main board directors on a global basis, advising them on strategy and implementation of business process transformation and information systems .
