Summary
I cut my professional teeth in the technology consulting world and hung out my shingle in 2003. Along the way, I co-founded ProjectLocker, a leading provider of hosted source control and issue tracking (sold in 2019). I’ve helped dozens of clients and thousands of teams with their software development needs as a vendor, consultant, thought leader, and implementation partner. I joined Chick-fil-A as a consultant in 2017, where I optimized their menu generation systems and led the team that built their first in-house loyalty API. I came aboard as staff in 2020 and have overseen the growth of CommercePoint, our next-generation store commerce solution. In my current role as Director of Engineering, Restaurant Experience, Customer Technology Solutions, I oversee development and outcomes for all customer-facing restaurant systems.
