My experience began in patent litigation at the law firms of Skjerven Morrill and then Howard Rice. I started to focus upon partnerships at Howard Rice. From there I became in-house counsel for a small start-up company named SeeCommerce in Palo Alto. I then moved on to become the Vice President of IP Transactions and Counseling at SAP leading large teams.
